You get a fixed price and a written scope of exactly what is included.
Deposit
25% to book your slot in the schedule. Work starts once your content is with me.
Build
I share a preview link as things take shape so there are no surprises at the end.
Review
You go through it and come back with changes, within the revision rounds included.
Launch
Balance is invoiced, the site goes live, and everything is handed over to you.

What each side is signing up to
What I need from you
Copy, images, logos and any account access before the build starts. If those are outstanding for more than 14 days, the delivery date moves — not as a penalty, just because the schedule is booked around it.
What you get from me
A preview link that updates as things take shape, so nothing about the finished site is a surprise. Revisions come in defined rounds, set out in your package.
After launch
A support window — 7 to 30 days depending on the package — covering defects in the work delivered. New features and content changes sit outside it, priced as add-ons or covered by a care plan.
If you want to leave
Code and hosting access are handed over on final payment, and you are free to take the project to another developer at any point. Care plans are rolling with 30 days' notice.
